This is a great example of the difference that selling during peak season can make. 

The home at 730 Butte Pass Dr. hit the market on June 2nd. It did get some attention and a couple of unsatisfactory offers before ultimately going under contract on June 10th.  

Compare that to the exact same floorplan that sold on the opposite corner of this block at 842 Butte Pass Dr. in April. This home became available on March 23rd and had 10 offers competing for it by the end of the week.
